Measuring Inclusion

Inclusion is increasingly becoming a goal for many organizations as it has been linked to higher productivity, improved job satisfaction, and better employee engagement. Inclusion isn’t just about welcoming diversity, but about creating an environment where different perspectives and experiences are embraced. Measuring inclusion is essential to ensure that an organization can track its progress and successes towards achieving a cohesive and diverse workplace.
