In module two of the Microsoft 365 E-signature series, where I will take you through things step-by-step in an easy to follow matter. You can stop, pause and rewind as required. By the end of this series, you will be able to streamline your agreement, hiring, contract, invoicing processes, or any other process that requires a signature by automating manual tasks and saving you valuable time, while also reducing errors in the process.

Each session will build on the previous one, but each individual session can also be standalone. You can take the concepts from each session and apply them to any other process you're looking to automate. In module one, we created a power automate flow that automates the sending of an envelope when an item has been created. We also stored our template or the document that we are sending in a #SharePoint document library to take advantage of the document management capabilities that SharePoint provides.

In this module, we will extend this capability. We will monitor a #DocuSign envelope for the status to change to complete and then bring those completed documents back into SharePoint and store them in a completed items document library. We will create a second power automate flow that will handle when an envelope is completed. We will then create a folder and grab those documents and pop them into it.

To sum things up, Microsoft 365 is an incredibly powerful tool that can help you streamline your e-signature processes.
