For years I have been hearing the calling loud. The visions were clear. The desperation grew and grew bigger.

I initially denied it. It was not convenient you see? Then I tried to ignore it. Then it would visit me in my dreams.

Then it became physically violent. Affecting my mental & physical health.

My whole body rejected the reality I was trying so faithfully to fit in.

I knew I was not authentic with my life and myself. And it cost me my sleep and peace within.

I bargained and negotiated with my inner conscience. But eventually, only one solution was going to work.

To stop lying to myself. The heaviness was becoming unbearable. It was time.

This is how Eudaimonia was born. The moment I owned my truth. ??
