Product Updates
Data Engineers can now configure and create real-time attributes to capture and store real-time interactions and customer actions, and ultimately create an updated view of the customer. Marketers can also leverage these real-time attributes in RT journeys to create rules and to activate them as part of Triggered Activations. RT Personalization 2.0 can also leverage real-time attributes.
