The PSA Framework?

If you are anything like I was, I didn't have a clue how to create content that people actually wanted to consume. The tendency is to overthink it. I followed different advice and relied on trial and error until I came across the PSA framework and it greatly improved my engagement rates. It is fundamentally the framework I used to grow my TikTok followers from 200 to almost 21,000 in 3 months. It also greatly helped my engagement rate on LinkedIn.?

I included the framework below so you can start using it today.?

The Three Components are:

• The Problem: highlight the problem that you want to solve. This ties into the escapee motto of focusing on solving customer problems
• The Solution: Share a solution or solutions to the problem you called out. It shouldn’t be a blatant sales pitch but more genuine insights on how to solve the problem
• Action: This is where you recommend taking action or where they can find the solution you articulated above

A Couple of Examples:

Ex. 1: Maybe you caught it or maybe you didn’t. I used the framework in my opening paragraph:

The Problem: Your content is not engaging or effective and you are not getting the results you want

The Solution: The PSA framework- this is the tool to help you improve

Action: Use the framework that I provided to help you get started today

Ex. 2: Like I mentioned, I use this in almost all of my TikTok videos here is a recent example:

The Problem: If you are GenX and in corporate, your career has an expiration date

The Solution: Building your escape plan and educating yourself
