Unlock AI, Keep Data Safe

Wonder if your data is safe when you use ChatGPT? Or, if not, what to do about it?

It's important when we use tools like OpenAI's Chat GPT that we are cognizant of our data privacy. What happens to our data when we send it? Is there anything we can do about it one way or another? Yes, there is.

You can still use ChatGPT and safeguard private information while unlocking the power of AI for your business. You do not want to be a luddite in this case. But, you must be safe.

If you don't have time and you are a little technical, the TL;DR is to always always use the API. So, in the video I show an example of an alternative UI call Chatbot UI that will get you there as it uses the API. When you use the API your data is not used for or retained for training purposes. Given yesterday's announcement that you can have either chat history OR data privacy, this is only more important now.

This is not a silver bullet. Features like chat history, data privacy, and volunteering/opting-out of being a test subject are separate. OpenAI combined them in a strange way here and I hope we see them reconsider.
