Do you set a level for growth??Is it $ focused? If so it maybe time to rethink this approach.

An unconventional thought is setting the $ level for growth limits the level of success achievable.

Do you set the goal or should you set the expectation?

Over the past few months, I've worked with a client to rethink their growth expectations. We refocused on the client and prospect engagements rather than the $ the client would generate.?

Completed transactions are up over 50% pcp. We are now working at a far higher level of sustainable consistency than originally thought.

Why? We changed our focus from goals to expectations.

We changed the mindset and went beyond the reason of money.

Purpose maximisation is more sustainable than profit maximisation
