Water is essential for our survival, but not all water is created equal. The quality of the water we drink is one of the most important decisions we can make for our nutrition and overall health. While it is easy to assume that all water is safe to drink, the reality is that there are significant differences in the quality of various water sources. In this post, we will explore the importance of water quality and why it matters more than you may think.
We will start by discussing structured water and how its unique molecular shape can interact with our cells to provide numerous health benefits. Then, we will examine the research of Viktor Schauberger and the importance of drinking natural spring water. Additionally, we will delve into the harmful effects of drinking purified and distilled water and why these types of water should be avoided at all costs.? By the end of this post, you will have a better understanding of why the quality of your drinking water is so important and the steps you can take to ensure you are consuming the best quality water for your health.
Whether you are an athlete looking to optimize your performance or simply seeking better health and longevity, your water consumption habits are an essential factor to consider. It is critical to make informed decisions and to understand the impact that the water you drink can have on your health. Therefore, I urge you to read on and discover why water quality is one of the most important decisions you can make for your health and well-being.
Structured Water: How It Works and Why It Matters
While regular water consists of randomly arranged molecules, structured water has a hexagonal molecular shape that allows it to interact with our cells in a more efficient and beneficial way (Of the little I know about about chemistry, it makes perfect sense that our cells, which are mostly water, need this structure to use water in the best way possible).
The hexagonal shape of structured water is created by the alignment of water molecules in a specific geometric pattern, forming a cluster of six molecules that are arranged in a ring shape. This arrangement allows for improved hydrogen bonding, which is essential for the proper functioning of our cells.
"Structured water is a type of water that contains an ordered arrangement of molecules that enhances its ability to hydrate and nourish the body's cells." – "Water: The Ultimate Cure" by Steve Meyerowitz
When we drink structured water, these hexagonal clusters are more easily absorbed by our cells, resulting in improved hydration and better nutrient absorption. Structured water also has a higher viscosity, which allows it to move more freely through the body and penetrate cell membranes more easily.
Additionally, structured water has been shown to have a higher energy potential than regular water, which can lead to increased vitality and overall well-being. It is also believed to have a detoxifying effect on the body, helping to remove harmful toxins and impurities.
The benefits of drinking structured water are numerous, including improved hydration, better nutrient absorption, increased vitality, and detoxification. While structured water can occur naturally in certain environments, such as in mountain streams or near waterfalls, it can also be created using various methods, such as vortexing or magnetic treatment. By incorporating structured water into your daily routine, you can help to support your overall health and well-being.
The Importance of Natural Spring Water
Viktor Schauberger was an Austrian naturalist who dedicated his life to studying the properties of water and its impact on the environment and human health. He believed that natural spring water was the key to optimal health and well-being and conducted extensive research on the benefits of drinking this type of water.
Natural spring water is known for its rich mineral content and alkaline pH, which can help to support the body's natural detoxification processes and promote overall health. Unlike tap water, which is often treated with chemicals such as chlorine and fluoride, natural spring water is free from contaminants and pollutants.
"The minerals present in natural spring water are essential for optimal health and can help support a variety of bodily functions, including the immune system, the nervous system, and the cardiovascular system." – "Your Body's Many Cries for Water" by F. Batmanghelidj
Modern water treatment methods, such as filtration and purification, have led to a decline in the quality of our drinking water. While these methods can remove harmful bacteria and other contaminants, they also strip the water of its natural minerals and other beneficial components.
In contrast, natural spring water is naturally filtered through layers of rock and soil, which helps to remove impurities while preserving its mineral content. This mineral-rich water can help to support healthy bones, boost the immune system, and promote overall health and well-being.
While natural spring water can be found in certain areas, it is not always easily accessible. Fortunately, there are many high-quality sources of natural spring water that can be purchased and enjoyed. By incorporating natural spring water into your daily routine, you can help to support your overall health and well-being and enjoy the benefits of this pure, mineral-rich water.
Harmful Effects of Purified Water
Purified water is a type of water that has undergone a purification process to remove impurities, such as bacteria, viruses, and chemicals. While this may seem like a good thing, the reality is that the process of purifying water can have harmful effects on its quality and our health.
One of the main ways that water is purified is through the use of chemicals, such as chlorine, to kill harmful microorganisms. While this can be effective at removing harmful bacteria and viruses, it can also introduce harmful chemicals into the water. Chlorine, for example, has been linked to various health problems, such as respiratory issues, skin irritation, and even cancer.
Another potential harmful effect of drinking purified water is the removal of beneficial minerals. While these minerals, such as calcium and magnesium, are not necessarily essential for survival, they do provide various health benefits, such as improved bone health and muscle function. When these minerals are removed through the purification process, the water can become less beneficial for our health.
Additionally, the process of purifying water can also strip it of its natural structure and energy potential, resulting in water that is less hydrating and potentially harmful to our cells.
Harmful Effects of Distilled Water
Distilled water is another type of water that has gained popularity due to its perceived ‘purity’. However, the process of distilling water can have harmful effects on both the quality of the water and our health.
The process of distilling water involves heating the water to boiling point, which causes it to evaporate and then condense back into a liquid form. During this process, impurities are left behind, resulting in water that is free of minerals and other contaminants.
However, while distilled water may be free of impurities, it also lacks the beneficial minerals that are essential for our health. Drinking distilled water over a long period of time can result in mineral deficiencies, which can lead to various health problems, such as weak bones and muscle cramps.
"Distilled water is dead water, devoid of any minerals, and should not be used for drinking, cooking, or any other purpose that requires water." – "The Healing Power of Spring Water" by Peter Goodgold
WARNING:? Tap water is by far the worst option?
In most places, the pipes are old and in poor condition, which can result in contamination of the water with heavy metals, bacteria, and other harmful substances. Additionally, while tap water is treated to remove impurities, the treatment process may not be sufficient to remove all contaminants, especially with the rise of new, emerging contaminants. Therefore, it's critical to avoid drinking tap water whenever possible and to seek out alternative sources of water, such as natural spring water or filtered tap water. By doing so, you can ensure that you are consuming the best quality water for your health and well-being.

Common Water Brands That Should Be Avoided
Unfortunately, many popular water brands on the market today are not the best options for maintaining good health. While these brands may be convenient and readily available, they are often lacking in quality and can even be harmful to our health.
(All tap water - it’s funny because when most people hear this, they say “well my city has the best, highest quality tap water.”? And my answer is… “no.”)?
One example of a popular water brand that should be avoided is Dasani. Despite being marketed as a pure and refreshing option, Dasani water has been found to contain high levels of contaminants, including bromate and other chemicals that have been linked to cancer and other health problems.
Another water brand that should be avoided is Aquafina, which is owned by PepsiCo. Despite being marketed as a pure and natural option, Aquafina water is essentially just purified tap water, lacking the essential minerals that are important for good health.
Other popular water brands to be wary of include Nestle Pure Life, which has been found to contain high levels of microplastics, and Smartwater, which is also just purified tap water and contains added electrolytes.
The Best Sources of Spring Water You Can Buy
When it comes to finding the best sources of spring water that you can buy, there are a few key things to keep in mind. First and foremost, it's important to do your research and find a reputable source of spring water that has been tested for quality and purity.
"The water you drink determines the quality of your blood, which is the foundation of your health. Spring water is the best choice for this purpose because it is alive, full of minerals, and resonates with the energy of nature." – "The Healing Power of Spring Water" by Peter Goodgold
One option is to purchase spring water from a reputable online source. There are a number of companies that specialize in selling high-quality, natural spring water that has been tested and certified for purity and mineral content. These sources can be a great option if you don't have access to a local spring or prefer the convenience of having water delivered directly to your door.
Mountain Valley Spring Water - This company has been bottling natural spring water since 1871 and sources its water from a protected spring in the Ouachita Mountains in Arkansas.
Evian - Evian is a well-known brand of bottled water that is sourced from a spring in the French Alps. The water is naturally filtered through layers of glacial sand, which helps to give it its unique mineral composition.
Poland Springs (surprisingly) - Poland Spring is a popular brand of bottled water that sources its water from several natural springs in Maine. The water is tested regularly for purity and mineral content to ensure that it meets high standards of quality.? The great thing about Poland Springs is even when I’m on the road, it’s almost always available at any gas station where I cannot find any other options.
Fiji Water - Fiji Water is sourced from a natural artesian aquifer in Fiji, which is protected by layers of volcanic rock. The water is naturally filtered and has a unique mineral composition that includes electrolytes and other beneficial nutrients.
Conclusion
The quality of the water we consume is of utmost importance for our health and longevity. Structured water has a hexagonal molecular shape that interacts with our cells and improves hydration and nutrient absorption. Natural spring water, such as those from Mountain Valley, Evian, Poland Spring, and Fiji, are good sources of high-quality water that have been tested and certified for purity and mineral content. However, tap water, purified water, and distilled water should be avoided due to their potential harmful effects on our health.
It's important to take action and make changes to our water consumption habits to improve our health.? This may include researching and finding high-quality natural spring water sources or investing in a water filtration system that can remove harmful contaminants while retaining beneficial minerals. By making the conscious choice to prioritize the quality of the water we consume, we can improve our health and well-being in the long term. Remember, every drop counts!
"Spring water is not just a physical substance, but a carrier of life force energy. It is a reminder that we are not separate from nature, but part of it, and that our health and well-being depend on our relationship with the natural world." – "The Healing Power of Spring Water" by Peter Goodgold

1 年Loved the article. Have you ever heard of the “Larq” water bottle? I can’t really explain the science all that well, but it uses a built-in UV light to purify water (that allegedly is the equivalent of boiling the water 20 times). Curious to know if you’d heard of it before, as I have one. Check it out if you haven’t…
