I have had So many questions regarding my post offering unlimited use of our data, and dialler for just £7.50 per day, so here’s some answers to your questions:

1.The £7.50 is the average spend based on using the dialler for approx. 23 days of every month of course if you use it all days except Sundays then it comes down to an eye watering £6.50 per day.

2. It has a very Robust call recording system which allows all calls to be recorded in line with the compliance your company requires.

4. Over 5 million records to dial which are updated on a monthly basis in line with purchase and ongoing opt ins.

Data selections on the free use are not available, the only split on the database is based on homeowners with a mortgage and those without. Although the data is compliant for many regulated markets, we give no guarantee on the quality, connection or conversion it is simply supplied on a free basis for you to use.we suggest that the best use of this data will be for surveys, it is a mixture of landline and mobile numbers that are TPS cleaned and opt in to dial, it cannot be suggested that this data is ideal for any specific campaign .The results of the data would in no way impact on the dialler fees, it is simply an added benefit for free.

The fees are monthly, with no time contracts which means that if you only wish to use for a month you can, ideal if it’s a special project, but we are fairly sure once you start you won’t stop, all fees are paid in advance so take the multiple of seats you require and multiply by £175 that is the amount due.

All Calls are included within the fee so whether they are landlines or mobile, this is an eat as much as you like scenario through the dialler.

We suggest the minimum seats to run the dialler are 10, in order to give you the best benefits of the system in regards to connectivity and performance of the dialler itself , it will however work on a minimum of 5 seats, you can of course still use the dialler with as little as 2 people on a click to dial system which allows you the functionality of a great CRM within a dialler but this will be worked on a click to dial basis.

Using the latest technology we allow you to bring the calls back into your centre including the notes of which agent called and with regards to what, allowing you both inbound and out bound calls.
