The new Ruggear RG310 is a special handset that may have been waiting for. A low cost fully rugged Android device with may special features built in like NFC, PTT, SOS and a very powerful torch.
As we all know one of the big issues with smartphones is the battery life, well the RG310 has a very powerful battery 3600mAh and as the screen is so much smaller (2.4") than standard smartphones users should see with standard use 2-3 days use before recharging. This means the RG310 is a perfect solution for the Security and care market who may also be using additional software that is a battery drain like PTT or mobile workforce apps.
The RG310 is a daul sim phone and as far as we know this device is the first low cost fully rugged Android phone with a keypad. At the moment the phone is in testing and if you would like to be part of the test group please make contact.
