22 years back, I stumbled on this awesome book by Dan Gooder Richard - "Real Estate Rainmaker". The title of the book fascinated me no end - Learnt a new terminology, connected to the best season of the year - the rainy season. And it dawned on me, wow we can all be Rainmakers - in our field of expertise.

Cutback to the present - in the last 22 years, I must have read this book, more than a dozen times - back to back. And every time I read it, I discover new meanings and see new strategies to implement in my real estate practice and be the rainmaker, year after year. So here I am, happy to share the learnings of this book


In the highly competitive world of realty consulting, becoming a rainmaker is the ultimate goal for every Realtor. A rainmaker is a realtor who consistently generates a steady stream of clients, referrals, and success.


In his insightful book, "The Real Estate Rainmaker," Dan Gooder shares invaluable strategies and techniques for becoming a rainmaker in the industry. It doesn't matter if you are in Mumbai, Asansol, Noida or Surat, we can all apply the core learnings from this book, and elevate our business, unlocking our full potential.
