1 年How to set this growth mindset in normal teams room, never been to a CEO room. I would like to share an observation. Been in rooms where people are communicating just to show that they know XYZ things, or how many organisations that person has worked. From experience things became tough when someone wants to lighten up the mood of a meeting room and people do not take them seriously, ideas get lost by aggressive culture, not everyone has an open mindset, also the openness of mind they show by the rank of seniority, it looks more of an absence of moral value and completely messy culture that I have come across few times. Still finding ways how a growth mindset will communicate with a compromised mindset, considering both in a same meeting and gowth mindset is adopted by a junior one and abid learner ??
