Following Europe's plan to fight against youth unemployment, whose rate rose consistently during 2008-2013, Veo Worldwide Services is taking action and developing projects with the purpose of making it easier for young people to find their place in the employment field.?

Veo Worldwide Services is a place where we embrace #innovation as a daily practice to reach our goals. We put the responsibility in the hands of the employees because performance comes from #confidence and having a supportive environment. This is how one of the most impressive innovations in Veo was made by a 16-year-old. Andrei, one of the young people participating in a Veo internship project, developed an app that #reduced his working time by 60%. And we implemented it immediately!

For those who don't think it's yet time to take a full-time job, Veo Worldwide Services offers #internships every year. Our collaboration with Start Exe, a project organized by "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" the University of Ia?i, brought around 80 students into Veo's world of clearance in the last two years.?

We constantly try to find new ways to reach young #talents. To support the educational systems in the countries we have offices, we participate in job fairs, and we collaborate directly with student associations to share the values of "No waste. Just value.".
