For those struggling to find (or wanting to confirm) their “superpowers,” I would recommend reading a book: Strengths Finder by Tom Rath - then taking the assessment from Gallup (access provided with the book). I did this exercise once with a group I led, then we shared our assessments with each other in a workshop session. We achieved great results together by knowing our blind spots and strengths.
