Great read Trevor, really enjoyed it. As you know most of my work revolves around people rather than tec. I have always found that providing an opportunity for teams to contribute, instigating even some of the ideas presented and going back to the group with the results of implementation can hugely motivate the team. Starting with baby steps, 'change' can quite quickly become best motivator for a team. Team morale can flourish delivering huge benefits longterm.

Great article Trevor! Agree completely, success factors of transformation projects will correlate with leadership ability, affinity and recognition of the power of digital technology in helping achieve business goals (and likely additional unforseen benefits as well)
