Great article Brian Ferguson, and one which truly shine a light on a subject which in vast majority of cases seem to have been forgotten, neglected or plainly not having much interest. We talk about 'evolving' world of recruitment and that this being the only way forward, for ourselves for getting candidates and for the industry, and yet it is as if never or at least rarely make it beyond being spoken and written content, into the coalface of the industry, which is just,... odd.
