?? Last weekend, I decided to embark on a journey into the fascinating world of Communication Mining
?? On Saturday morning, I started by familiarizing myself with the concept of Communication Mining. After watching some introductory tutorials, I felt confident enough to dive into the realm of extracting data from emails ?? and chat logs ??
?? I used the power of UiPath Integration Services to connect to my ITSM account and retrieve a sample set of tickets. It was fascinating to see how the automation capabilities could navigate through my tickets, read the description contents, and extract relevant information.
?? Next, I explored various ways to generate some synthetic data for Dataset to be uploaded to the Communication mining platform and for better training, I need variations in the data set to label them up and extract required entities ????.
?? Throughout the weekend, I delved into natural language processing (NLP) and utilized UiPath Communication Models to categorize the extracted communication data into different clusters and performed guided labelling sessions for improving the model. ????.
?? I also learned how to train the Model and utilize the reporting capability to validate the prediction ????.
This enabled me to create interactive dashboards that displayed communication trends over time and other key metrics.
?? Despite facing some challenges when dealing with unstructured data and different formats, I persevered and found solutions with the help of an active community and extensive documentation.
?? By the end of the weekend, I felt accomplished and excited about the potential of Communication Mining ??. I acquired the foundational knowledge and practical experience to unlock new insights and improve decision-making processes through automation.

?? Tickets Description?Extracted from Service Now send to UiPath Communication Mining for Labels, Entity extraction using prediction API Call.
?? Based on Threshold “STP” and “Human in the Loop” feature utilised via UiPath Action Center?
?? Automation Action Based on AI Response in Target system and Update Required details in?ServiceNow
?? Feedback Mechnish is utilised to send data back to UiPath Communication mining using the “Exception” API route.
I experimented with different angles and perspectives and as part of learning noted them as blog series for?#uipathcommunity.
Throughout the?#Blog?Series, I will dive deep into the core concepts of communication mining and its integration with UiPath's automation capabilities.
In 3 Parts, I have presented practical examples, case studies, and real-world use cases to illustrate the potential of UiPath communication mining.
