Unleashing the Child Within

?For much of my life, I was trapped in a cycle of self-doubt and fear. I hesitated to share my feelings, fearing negative reactions. My desires remained unspoken, as I believed them to be excessive. These patterns, I believe, were ingrained in me during my upbringing.

?This constant self-criticism led to a deep sense of despair. Simple decisions became overwhelming as I overanalyzed every potential outcome. I suppressed my emotions, unable to express joy or sorrow freely.

?A transformative shift occurred when I became a parent/uncle. Witnessing the pure joy, unfiltered emotions, and unwavering curiosity of children (my daughter and nieces) was a revelation. They taught me the importance of expressing feelings openly, living in the moment, and pursuing desires without shame.
