In this exciting 8 week coaching and mentoring program we will have an initial Deep Dive call so that we can get to know each other and then we will work on the following 5 phases of ultimate confidence and inner power that will allow you to confidently do whatever you want to do in your life and your career moving forwards:

BELIEFS – we assess in detail the subconscious stories you have about yourself and the world around you that are creating the blocks that you are unaware of that are the root cause of your challenges at work. Together we will find evidence and proof that those beliefs and subconscious stories can be challenged and challenge them throughout our 8 weeks together.

??PHASE 2

RESILIENCE – take responsibility for what you can and can’t control so that other people’s actions don’t affect your emotions; you are in complete control of your life and destiny; and you trust yourself to handle whatever life throws at you.

ASSURANCE – build unstoppable confidence from the inside so that you trust and believe in yourself, removing the need for reassurance and approval from others or the need to people please.

EMPOWERMENT – by the end of the course you will be equipped with everything you need to confidently take complete control over your own life, make positive choices, take action and be confident in your ability to make brave, bold decisions that excel you in your career.
