I am pleased to announce I recently graduated as a Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, and now offer these skills as part of my coaching practice.

NLP is like a hidden gem of well-being. A lot of people say they have heard of NLP but don’t know what it actually is and how powerful a tool it can be for unleashing potential.

I used NLP coaching techniques to help me change my story around alcohol and have been alcohol-free and living my best life for coming up to three years.


NLP focuses on understanding how our minds work (neuro), the language we use (linguistic), and how we can change our patterns of thought and action (programming).

It empowers individuals to take control of their thoughts and actions, leading to personal growth, better relationships, and a more fulfilling life. The benefits of NLP are vast and include:

NLP TOOLS

Anchoring - a process of learning to harness positive emotions and quickly access them when needed.

Changing Likes To Dislikes - sometimes we know something is bad for us, but we associate good feelings with it. ‘Like To Dislike’ enables you to change this so the bad things are seen as bad things!

Timeline Based Techniques - enabling you to eliminate many types of issues in your past such as fear, anger, anxiety and sadness and also deal with future events before they happen. Remember you can’t be anxious about something that has already happened.

Perceptual Positions - looking at problems from three perspectives: your own; another person; and an independent person. This provides a balanced approach to thinking about events.

Outcome Setting - by having an outcome focused orientation we create a direction and purpose in life so we can programme ourselves to consistently achieve what we want.

Neurological Levels Of Change ?- use your ‘inner coach’ to guide you through changes you would like to make to your environment, behaviour, skills & competencies, values & beliefs, identity and purpose.
