If I had to choose one thing, I'd say what I found most interesting is the crucial role of self-awareness and mentorship in leadership. Self-aware leaders, understanding their impact on others and their strengths and weaknesses, are up to four times more likely to succeed. Yet, most leaders conceal a strength or weakness, overestimating their self-awareness. It's also interesting to debunk the myth that senior leaders don't need mentorship—actually, around 80% of CEOs consult mentors.
