I am super excited have been invited to speak by the prestigious DAMA UK this October.
This webinar is the first in a series that has the overarching aim to unleash the data at the heart of any organisation. I'll describe a manifesto for data-centric transformation that can empower an organisation to become innovation-led, data-decision driven and data-democratised, with highly automated and agile functions.
This session is open to everyone, not only DAMA UK members.
In the first session, I'll establish the foundations on which the series will build - describing how to build detailed specifications that will enable the vision to become a deliverable reality. Typical organisation data pain points will be explored, and the session will indicate how a data blueprint framework can remediate these.
At the end of this webinar you will understand the key elements of data that are the catalysts for rapid delivery of sure-footed change. You will take away a Data Function mental map that can be applied to your organisation to assess its data activities' maturity and integration levels. This foundational tool can be used to design, build and execute transformative and innovative change enablers.

The sessions will not be technology focused, instead they will concentrate on the 'data what', and provide approaches that can be adopted and adapted to mesh with any organisation's specific requirements.
