Unleash Suntory Leadership Spirit at Chanthaburi: A Journey Towards Collaboration & Innovation

? On September 7th, 2024, we marked a major milestone with 200 team members?from NBD Healthcare and Suntory Wellness Thailand. Together, we travelled to Chanthaburi—famous for its tropical fruits, especially durians, and its beautiful natural waterfalls. This setting perfectly aligned with Suntory's philosophy of protecting water resources—a vital element of our mission.

?? The theme of the day was Unleashing the Suntory Leadership Spirit (SLS). Our MD, Mr. Somsak, kicked off the event with an inspiring speech, highlighting how SLS will elevate our performance culture to new heights.

?? We then held a Panel Interview?featuring five Executive Committee members, expertly hosted by our SLS Influencers, Ms. Kaninnut?and Mr. Chattakan. I had the privilege to speak about a value close to my heart: #BetterTogether—a core belief in collaboration, where we work together to ensure no one is left behind.

?? The energy in the room was incredible as I asked the team if they were ready for this journey. The resounding “yes” was electrifying, reaffirming our commitment as proud Suntorians!

?? Next, we dived into activities centered around the five SLS values, challenging teams to solve problems, think creatively, and contribute to New Ideations?for Suntory. In true Yatte Minahare?spirit, teams embraced #FutureOriented?thinking and #GembaFocused?strategies, presenting innovative ideas that reflect our Commitment to Growth.

As we officially launched the SLS 5 Competencies, we left feeling united, energized, and proud to be called Suntorians, ready to shape a brighter future together! ??
