Can the BCG’s ‘Deploy-Reshape-Invent’ framework turbocharge your organization's innovation system?

I recently came across BCG's DRI Framework through a post by Leila Hoteit , MD & a Senior Partner at 波士顿谘询公司

According to a survey of over 1,000 senior executives, BCG's annual innovation report highlights that nearly all innovators are exploring GenAI.

However, not every industry invests in a way that aligns with the perceived risks that GenAI poses. Organizations face a gap between their innovation priorities and their readiness to deliver on innovation goals.

Strategic misalignment is the root cause of this disconnect, as our experts have determined through the findings in this report.

BCG's DRI Framework might help you usher in a new era of innovation

Explore BCG's' Deploy-Reshape-Invent' framework to speed up, streamline, and bring a fresh perspective to your organization’s innovation system.

What's stopping you and your company from using GenAI more practically to turbocharge innovation and agile deployments?

Is it the lack of regulations or the expected tech maturity of GenAI? Join the conversation and share your thoughts.

How BMW and Accenture are Transforming the Automotive Industry with Generative AI

Although the automotive industry has traditionally been a slow adopter of new technologies due to the extensive testing required for safety, manufacturers like BMW are now pushing the boundaries with significant transformations and agile deployments.

埃森哲 and BMW have collaborated to create EKHO (Enterprise Knowledge Harmonizer and Orchestrator), a generative AI platform that accelerates productivity and enhances experiences across North America.

This platform leverages large language models to provide real-time insights and intelligently answer complex questions across various business functions. By integrating EKHO, BMW can streamline sales and supply chain management processes, showcasing the potential of generative AI to revolutionize the automotive industry.

In the past, a BMW salesperson would have to consult manuals, spending hours cross-checking different features and customizations. Using EKHO, salespeople can cut this time-consuming process to a matter of minutes.

The Cupid Collection: High-Quality Content for SMEs at scale

Jeyan's Cupid Collection shoot in Paris/ SS24

In the last few months, I've been combining my passion for Photography with my acumen in Marketing to support smaller Designers, Businesses, and SMEs in creating and managing content at scale without breaking their budgets with agencies, through my new startup "StudioEdge"

Efficient & high-quality content is crucial for any business or organisation.

It's clear how this helps them grab their audience's attention and build credibility and trust with their target markets.

+ This helps me test my assumptions as a creator and marketer, providing a platform for agile A/B testing on high-quality content, organic traffic, search engine rankings, and user experience on their platforms.

Before the Paris Haute Couture Week kicked in this month, I worked with Jeyan Gedik on her "Cupid's Collection" for SS'24.

Jeyan Gedik, a graduate from a fashion design school in Izmir, has been designing wedding and evening dresses for 24 years. She also holds a bachelor's degree in classical archaeology from Ege University.

She wanted to create a collection that embodied the true spirit of being a woman. Her artistic direction inspired by the "Roman & Greek Mythology".

With Jeyan in Turkey and her aspiration to shoot in Paris, the logistics were complex. However, the execution was perfect due to the extensive time spent planning and mood boarding the entire concept.

"StudioEdge exceeded all my expectations for the Cupids collection shoot in Paris. Despite the distance, they ensured flawless organization and delivered stunning content & a media library that will sustain me for at least a year, with great PR & Media coverage"

The success of this campaign primarily resulted from a clear definition of content goals, the establishment of measurable objectives (such as website traffic, conversion rates, social media engagement, subscribers, and conversion), and regular evaluations and adjustments to boost campaign performance.

We also used a layer of Dynamic Content Optimization on the Social Media channels using Salesforce Marketing AI and the #EinsteinTrust layer to drive a #Generative & # PredictiveAI-driven hyper-personalized campaign with a robust foundation of trust embedded. The built-in prompts and toxicity detection features helped us focus on driving the campaign and optimizing it as we progressed.
