It envolves moving away from some traditional QMS Practices:-

  1. Overemphasis on DOcumentationInstead of excessive documentation, focus on effectiveness of QMS. Streamline documentation to essential process, placing greater improtance on real-world result.
  2. Prescriptive ProcessesShift from rigid, prescriptive processes to a more agile and risk based approach. Identify and prioritise potential risks, allowing for more adaptive and responsive QUality Management
  3. ISOlated Quality DepartmentBreak down silos and involves employee accross all level and departments. foster a company-wide culture of QUality, where everyone feels responsible for and contributes to performance and contineous improvement.
  4. COmplaince only MantalityMove beyond check list compliance mentality. sometimes the checklist are filled sitting in confines of a office rather than work place, instead integrate Quality practices into everyday operations, linking them directly to Business objective and customer satisfaction.
  5. Static Quality ObjectiveUpdate the approach to Quality Objective, Make them dynamic, aligning with changing organizational goals and market demands. Regularly review and adjust.
  6. Customer focus beyond RequirmentsMerely meeting customer requirement to strive to understand and exceed expectation. Emphasing communication with customer to gather feedback and enhance your product or service accordingly.
  7. Audit for improvement, not just for ConformanceChange the perception from compliance to opportunities for improvement. Identify areas for enhancement and innovation through audit. Capture best practices and trophies.
  8. Firm Process to Innovation and technology integrationEmbrace technological advancement and innovation in QMS. Explore how emerging technologies like data analytics and automation, can enhance efficacy, traceability and overall Quality.
  9. Employee Training to EngagementMove away from viewing training as one time event. Foster a culture of learning, contineous learning and development, ensuring that employee are equipped with skills needed for evolving Quality and safety requirements.

Organization can better adapt to the dynmic business environment and maximise the outcome of QMS - ISO 9001-2015.
