3 Mega Updates!
1) Our First Acronym
Tech Leadership Lab entered a new phase where people who got used to the name started using it as TLL. After receiving it from you in messages and meetings, I decided to add it to our usual communication as our first acronym.
It's a huge deal because it comes from you. ??
Fun fact: when I heard it the first time two weeks ago my first thought was, "What TLL?" It was said in an unexpected context talking about something else when my dialogue partner said: "By the way, when is your next TLL meeting?"
I was like:
I told you, this is a construct in the open. The name was voted first. Now the TLL. Soon comes the platform.
2) Our First Community Meeting
This meeting was named a couple of weeks ago as Tech Leadership Lab Feedback Loop, sitting there in our calendar, ready to launch.
It will be much more than a Feedback Loop meeting on Zoom. I will share the first drafts of the vision and invite people to share their minds and even choose roles they might find fit for themselves.
It's a cozy meeting, INVITE ONLY, with a thoughtfully limited number of people.
Now, I realize that some of you feel that you deserve to be there. Please send a DM and share your thoughts and feelings.
I hate justifying the lack of time I'm facing and admitting that this is the reason some of you were not invited. If we didn't interact in any way during the last two or three weeks and you were involved at the beginning, you're probably not on the list for this Thursday. Send a reminder, and I'll see if you should be there with us. I'll personally apologize if that's the case.
Just to clarify, the meeting will be on Thursday on Zoom, at 10 AM PST, 1 PM EST, and 7 PM CET.
3) The Newsletter and LinkedIn
Let's talk about the relationship between our newsletter and LinkedIn—it's not exactly the ideal love story. Here's the scoop: even if you're subscribed and have all the notification settings in place, there's still a chance you might miss receiving our newsletter in your email inbox. It's almost a coin-toss situation—around fifty-fifty!
I know, it sounds a bit crazy, but we're working on a solution. In the near future, you can expect to receive a message from me, asking for your permission to add you to my personal email list.
I'll then send an extra email to all and make sure you get the news.
This is a laborious task since we don't just download the subscribers and have a nice Excel like you would think. Either way, I'll solve this too, just not today. :)

?? Tip: Avoid consuming carbohydrates or sweets in isolation.
Consuming carbohydrates or sweets on their own, without any fiber, proteins, or fats, can lead to a blood sugar spike followed by a sharp decline, resulting in fatigue and intense cravings for more sugary foods.
To maintain stable blood sugar levels and prevent energy crashes, pair carbohydrates or sweets with fiber-rich. This combination provides sustained energy and helps curb cravings.
The Unknowns That Make You Stronger
Let me share something with you. When you embark on an ambitious journey, you inevitably encounter challenges aligned with your ambition.
Not everyone is cut out to be a leader, and not everyone aspires to become one. It's far from easy. The journey of shaping TLL, nurtured over many years without a set launch date in mind, has proven to be both challenging and profoundly transformative.
People are the linchpin.
The growth of any endeavor gravitates upon the right people coming together and united in their audacious pursuits.
I may not be in Silicon Valley, and I certainly don't possess boundless resources or influence to set everything in motion with ease.?
Nonetheless, my vision is clear: to unite exceptional leaders and address the solve Earth's biggest problems, thereby building a brighter future for all. I have immense empathy for the kids today and those that are coming, knowing in what stage our planet is and our division got.?

??Hack: It's all about proteins.
If you eat breakfast choose a savoury one = centered around protein.?Protein is the most satiating macronutrient, most of us don't eat enough of it, and it keeps our glucose nice and steady. Then, add some fat. Yum. Also great for steadiness. Then comes optional fiber and optional starch. [Glucose Goddess]
Along this mission, I'm also determined to call out the hypocrisies that are all over—a realm where talk is cheap, and action is to be expected.?
For instance, in today's interconnected world, we have the ability to work remotely from virtually anywhere. Yet, biases persist, rooted in factors such as location, age, gender, and sexual orientation. You've probably encountered those meetings that commence with the seemingly innocent question, "Where are you located?"?
If your answer doesn't neatly align with your job description, you're suddenly at a disadvantage, left to provide extra explanations that would otherwise be unnecessary. Been there, done that, almost daily.
Remote workers face biases because we are very diverse, and we're left with limited means to counteract them.
We all have biases, you and I. Some are more apparent than others. While heightened awareness and continuous self-education can help mitigate these biases as they arise, some still slip through the cracks.?
In a remote working context, introducing the aspect of location sets a precedent for biases and distracts from the core focus on value and quality delivered. The same applies to other factors that might trigger preconceived notions about individuals.?
If such questions must be asked, it's essential to create a context that underscores their inconsequential nature, signaling to all present that it's merely an icebreaker—nothing more.
Reality is constructed based on the perceptions we form, heavily influenced by the context in which we operate. Keep that in mind.
Building a community in this particular form isn't a straightforward task. It demands heightened visibility, extensive exposure, and consistent messaging across various platforms to uncover those exceptional individuals who will shape the heart and soul of TLL.?
These individuals can come from anywhere, hold any title, and belong to any age group or gender. I've already identified some promising talents, but I'm also cautious. I've encountered many who exhibit initial enthusiasm, only to fade away before making any substantial contributions if any.?
Building TLL is a collaborative effort, a living entity taking form, one with the potential to save lives on Earth and enhance our collective quality of life.?
Time is of the essence, and those who truly grasp the urgency and are willing to become agents of significant change are indeed rare. Since the inception of TLL, I've encountered numerous dashed hopes and disappointments, more than you could imagine.
But I was prepared for this journey, ready to face the uncertainties. The unknown has been a defining force in my life, fortifying me with a resilient spirit. I belong to the category of individuals who, when faced with adversity, emerge even stronger.?
On the flip side, I'm also an intuitive empath—a quality often perceived on the opposite side today. This is because I employ tests, not out of caprice, but with a clear purpose: to gain and uncover insights that might otherwise remain hidden for a longer time.?
We all test one another; I simply choose to do so intentionally and with a specific goal in mind.
To those who may have interpreted my style as excessively rough or brusque, well suited to that of a "NO-BS coach," I apologize. My intent was never to hurt your feelings but rather to convey the urgency of the mission.?
Time is a precious resource, and I'm compelled to invest it wisely with the right people. I'm sorry if my approach came across as harsh.
What matters most amid all this is that I believe in you—yes, you, the one reading this part. You possess the potential to be that one exceptional individual. Perhaps something resonated with you, or you experienced a moment of revelation.?
These are the sparks that set you on the path to fulfilling your mission. To those exceptional individuals who will become an integral part of my life as we work together to build a transformative movement and an extraordinary leadership community, I extend my heartfelt welcome. Please reach out; I eagerly await our connection. If you are busy, so am I. We don't have much time if we are legacy-driven individuals and consider the future generation.??
I'm a biohacker too, and my goal is to be in shape and active till I die, but I'm not afraid to die. I care less to tell you the truth. I never had this thing with death, we are on very good terms.
But I care about my kid and other kids and all those beautiful souls who deserve a nice life and a future. My heart breaks when I see what they are facing and what kind of leadership they have as role models.?
The unknown serves as an invaluable teacher.
Don't be afraid to venture into uncharted territories.
The unknown always holds its wisdom, provided you're willing to tread the path.
You'll emerge from the experience profoundly changed, never to be the same again.
I have no regrets for the hardships and suffering that have marked my life's journey. My heart feels empathy for my younger self, the unprepared one. Today, I stand here as I am because of those very experiences that can't break me anymore.?
Now, this is my story. Tell me yours. Get in touch.?
