Thanks very much, but at this point it is a thought experiment idea that we are developing. It is the next of many steps to realize a greater vision of an entrepreneurial university. I hope we can announce the real thing some time soon.

Congratulations Dr.Meyers. I am very glad that the upper echelons of the leadership at CU Denver finally acknowledged your passion and achievements in physician-led entrepreneurship. Although, personally speaking, with the offer of "President’s Innovation Scholars", they are still being circumspect and trying the test the waters. If you ask me, they should've allocated reasonable amount of funding and resources towards a separate dept./institute at Anschutz Campus named, something like, "Arlen D. Meyers Center of Digital & Biomedical Entrepreneurship" and allow you to develop basic infrastructure and culture of intrapreneurship and may be even nation's first MD/MBE program (as we often talk about). Hope that will come down the line esp. when you get the chance to work closely with the president and his/her CU Advancement Office and help them envision the future. Nevertheless, this is a great development and i am sure CU Denver would benefit immensely in many many years to come. And i look forward to hear more about that.
