University Medical Congress (COMU)

I had the honor of participating today in the Cardiothoracic Surgery Course of the University Medical Congress (COMU) to present the Advances in Minimally Invasive Repair of Pectus Excavatum (MIRPE) and Carinatum (MIRPC).

The COMU, whose Honorary President is Prof. Paulo Manuel Pêgo Fernandes , is an event organized since 1982 by students of the Faculdade de Medicina da Universidade de S?o Paulo , which aims to promote scientific, cultural and social exchange among academics in the health field. By offering a comprehensive program that includes courses, workshops, and scientific presentations, it attracts many students from other medical schools in the State.

In today's course, which was coordinated by Dr. Alberto Dela Vega , I was accompanied in the presentations by Drs. Benoit Jacques Bibas, Flavio Pola and Eserval Rocha Júnior .

It is very stimulating to be able to share these moments with friends and young people who are beginning their medical practice!
