University kids giving back to the community...need your $10-$20 support!

To my Link'ed IN contacts: This is not your typical fundraising drive, that I am sure all of us get many of - lots of walks, runs and rides.

The piece below is about a few University kids (lead by my daughter Rachael), who have started their own charity in Nova Scotia and Ontario. Amongst their busy school workload, they are donating countless hours to support local groups/charities by creating unique crafts (often using youth at risk as part of their community involvement), and selling them. They take 100% of the money raised, pay for art supplies and donate the rest.

I am sending this out to show support of today's youth, starting a grass roots society and making our communities better - all out of the kindness of their hearts.

I am hoping you can help them by donating $10, $20 or what ever you can afford to show your appreciation of the great work they are so inspired to do.

kind krafts [happy. handmade. helping]

It is our goal to create unique, handmade krafts with folks in the community. We then sell those krafts, and utilize the proceeds to give back to various local organizations in need throughout the community. Our causes vary from environmental, humanitarian and animal welfare causes!

In order to make these tablings happen, we often have to rent tabling space, which can get expensive over time! Our goal is to give as much as we can to the organizations we’re supporting, and it’s a shame to have to take away from that in order to pay for tabling costs!

We’ve set up this little fundraiser to raise money for our upcoming tabling (at the Luna Market in Kitchener, ON) and for future tablings, so we can continue giving back to the community!
