The Universe Rewards Action
"An excuse is an obstacle you have chosen to place in front of yourself to justify not changing." ~ Don Wetmore
The Universe rewards action. If you want to make a change, reach a goal, or master a new skill, the key is to start—right where you are, with what you have. Taking even the smallest step sets things in motion. Momentum builds when you act, and before you know it, you're making progress.
Here are three simple principles for taking action:
1. Take some action every day. It doesn't have to be perfect, and it doesn’t have to be the biggest or best step—just do something that moves you forward. Progress happens through consistent effort, not waiting for ideal conditions.
2. Small actions are better than no actions. If you can’t take a giant leap toward your goal, take a small step. A tiny step in the right direction is still progress, and over time, small actions accumulate into big results.
3. Begin where you are. Stop waiting for the "right" time, because that time is now. There will always be reasons to delay, but real change happens when you start before you feel fully ready.
Take Action Today
Choose an objective—something you've been meaning to start. Maybe it's eliminating small annoyances from your life, working toward a personal goal, or learning a new skill. Right now, take a few minutes to list one to five small actions you can take this week to move forward. Then, schedule them in your calendar. A plan, no matter how simple, increases the likelihood that you’ll follow through.
Keep Moving Forward
Remember, the Universe rewards action. Nothing changes until something moves. If you want to create a shift in your life, don’t just think about it. Act. Even the smallest movement in the right direction has power.
So, what will you do today? That's how you embrace your Excelerated Life?!
