Universe knows what to give you at what time

#newdaynewchapter is a Blog narrative started on March 1, 2021 co-founded by Kishore Shintre & Sonia Bedi, to write a new chapter everyday for making "Life" and not just making a "living"
Let's say I love writing. I would write if I had the time. But, my house is not going to clean itself. And I have to go to work. Writing seldom pays the bills. So my writing muscles lie there, unattended and indolent. One day I decide I have to write. I vow to do so every single day, long or short, good or bad. At first I wonder what to write about. To keep my vow my writing antenna are always up. I prowl, voracious, eyes open, ears open, mind open, eager for material. Stories begin to appear everywhere. In conversations I overhear, in my own thoughts and memories, in my friends and their dynamics, in my family and my relationships. I cannot get through a single hour without taking notes of something.
What happened? Did the whole universe conspire to lovingly present stories to me like sacred offerings so that I could write? It sure feels that way. But it did not. The stories were there all along. What changed was what I very deliberately decided to focus on. This is the power of your own attention. What you put out (energetically) is what you get back (materially). The average person has over 6000 thoughts in a single day. Each one of these thoughts has an energetic quality that emits a vibration at a certain frequency. For example, desiring something emits a vibrational frequency of ‘lack’. In other words, that which you think you desire will continue to elude you because you are energetically informing the universe that you don’t presently have it.
Consequently, this is the reality that will be reflected back to you. Understand how energy works and you will understand how the universe works. Master your thoughts and you will become a master of your own universe. This is not new-age woo-woo, it’s quantum physics. There is certainly some force and energy that is holding the cosmos together . Whatever we wish for is also energy that joins this field. There’s some power certainly that adds colours to flowers, ripens the fruits, reloads the trees with leaves and repeats this process without fail.
What we want is also energy. The degree of that wish gives power to that energy that makes things possible . But the result , like every process in nature is slow . Therefore the key is perseverance and patience . We have to wait and realise when we receive something from the universe. The problem is that we forget how bad we wanted something and don’t have any gratitude. So wait and believe. Sooner or later, it’ll come your way. Universe definitely has its answers for all your questions. As a poet rightly said once “ At the beginning of thought-action sequence the entire universe conceives your thought” and every atom every speck works towards fulfilling your goal if you dream strong enough. Frame up your thought very much concrete the universe is definitely going to land you on a skyscraper.
I think the universe doesn't just give but more so, responds directly to your frequency, whether it's positive or negative. For example, you may not want something to happen, but keep focusing on it because you don't want it, thus causing it to happen yourself.. i think the universe has much lined up for us to learn and experience and this usually needs to happen before we can get certain things we want.. gotta take that journey inward first.. if not, it will come around over and over until you do.. never hesitate to intentionally manifest daily!
'm a practicing skeptic. It's difficult to keep our brains from falling out if our minds are too open. So, I say, "Show me." Ok, here is showing. The nature of the Universe is either hostile, indifferent or friendly. Because I've decided that the only Universe worth the effort is a friendly Universe, I've pursued a practical answer to the question you are asking by asking, "How might we take advantage of a friendly Universe?" I think such a friendly nature (or "Nature", if we think of it as a thing) would support our acting on good intent, essentially helping us to pursue the good we attempt. Does the Universe/Nature do this?

Well, for example, when we are under any kind of stress, our bodies produce cortisol hormone in response, to help us regulate physical processes, such as using sugar well. But this a powerful hormone, and we are often under stress in our daily struggles, so we can and do become worn down - stressed out - by the cortisol solution. And thus, we have a second, deeper solution: Solve the stress by acting on good intent - any action with good intent - and our body will respond by producing the endorphin called serotonin to reward us with a feeling of happiness and well-being.
If the Universe were indifferent or hostile, then we might have no way out of our discomfort without additional suffering. Indeed, if someone prefers to think of the active element in the Universe as merely a practical evolutionary process, it might make more sense that such a process strictly amplify their suffering as a stimulus to action to address the source of that suffering. And if the Universe "gives us what we want", then perhaps that amplified suffering is more likely the outcome for someone who chooses to believe the Universe is not friendly.
It’s a wonderful thing that we can take on difficult challenges to accomplish good and be rewarded with happiness, by nature. In all reality you get what you put out (‘cast your bread on the waters’ etc) it may or may not be what you want, but there is a karma like effect to it. Sometimes though it will bring you to a new reality where you keep getting ‘hints’ (for want of a better word) from the universe to one rheum (a place, idea, attitude, etc.). when you get there you discover, that it was what you wanted all along.
The universe always provides and does not ignore your wishes. However, it doesn't always happen when you want it to happen. I have received things anywhere from a week later to years later, but I always get what I want. If you look to the things you want in your life you will see that you too get everything you want. Of course the universe are trying to give you the exact knowledge that you want, the discipline that you need and the wisdom that you seek. But it depends on yourself if you are willing to receive, perceive and grow as an individual through the knowledge and values that you've gained.
Those who are good to others, are good to themselves. Those who are bad to others, are bad to themselves. Spreading positivity is instilling positivity in yourself. It is good for you. Spreading negativity is instilling negativity in yourself. It is bad for you. My answer is an astounding yes. It’s not the universe though, it’s you. Doing harm to others is doing harm to yourself. Those who like to bash people, bash themselves. Those who are understanding of others, are understanding of themselves. What you put out there isn’t necessarily what comes back to you, it is you. Cheers!
