How many projects schedules created with bias work breakdown structure layouts some of them loss its meaning and make you uncomfortable, let us think in proper approach as most of projects in construction niche the main purpose is build a facility in certain plot (premise)

Though what you think if I create an universal WBS to be utilize in all (Yes in ALL) projects executed to deliver facilities (house, school, mall, hotel, factory, hospital, airport, etc.)

remember 3x3 rule, three deliverables with three major tasks to mange, controlling & achieving the projects objectives.
