This past week, the City of Lafayette, Colorado, took a significant step forward by adopting a new Climate Action Plan (CAP), building on the City's first Sustainability Plan introduced in 2021. The CAP is designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and enhance community resilience to climate change impacts. Informed by a year and a half of extensive research, community feedback, and input from key partners, the plan reflects our collective commitment to a sustainable future. A sincere thank you to everyone who contributed—leading this project has been an incredibly rewarding experience.
