I had the pleasure and privilege of meeting this phenomenal woman during Unity's annual Ladies Choice Gala. This story speaks to the kind of work that Unity Health Care and all of the Health Centers across the country do in the communities they serve. Their Medical respite allows a safe space for recovery from post-acute hospital discharge for people experiencing homelessness.
