hen Dan’s working on projects for other teams, he may want to only share some of his work tool with them so they can see what’s happening with his part of that project. Whether Dan’s doing work for external clients or an internal team, Unito lets him filter his sync by status or by label so that he can share what matters with the right people in a snap. One of the most common points of failure between development and other teams is how new tasks are delivered. Dan can make a super simple ticketing system by building a sync between a user-friendly tool like Trello and his preferred source version control tool (like GitHub or Bitbucket) with all of the custom fields carried over to let him create an instant backlog. Other teams can use the tool of their choice—Trello, JIRA, Wrike, Basecamp, whatever they feel like. Rather than requiring Dan log in and check to see if there are any updates that he needs in different tools for each team he works with, Dan syncs all of those tools to his preferred work tracking tool and filters the syncs to only copy over tasks that he’s assigned to.
