UNITING CHAMPIONS TO REVOLUTIONIZE THE INDUSTRY

Salon Professional Education Company recently held their annual franchise conference at the Florida Hotel & Conference Center. The theme was Operational Excellence and the training content was specifically tailored to those serving as school owners and operations directors. It was truly a weekend of learning and growing as we all enjoyed an engaging leadership presentation/workshop provided by our Keynote Speaker, Sheryl Mays, President of Rise and Shine Consulting and Coaching Firm. Our Founders and Co-Presidents/CEO's, Jodi Brown & Jill Krahn, did a wonderful job sharing their vision for the future of the SPEC Franchise. We had the pleasure of hosting and hearing from Dr. Jason Altmire, CEO of CECU (Career Education Colleges & Universities). CECU leads the way in advocacy, training, professional development & best practices for the post secondary career sector of education. We had an opportunity to meet and network with our amazing group of SPEC vendors opportunity to meet and network with our amazing group of SPEC vendorsand learn from them with many insightful and educational presentations.The conference ended on Sunday evening with a beautiful celebration including our annual Banquet and 2022 SPEC Awards.
