United Cloud Team Spotlight: Tom – Design/Marketing

Most of the team members we’ve introduced so far work on the front-lines, listening to customers and ensuring everything is working as it should. Tom lurks quietly in the background, working on design and marketing, helping to spread the word about UnitedCloud and its partners/resellers.

Tom arrived at UnitedCloud with over 20 years’ experience in the design field, including freelance work for the YWCA of Calgary, Calgary Corporate Challenge and a long stretch as lead designer for one of Canada’s national tax preparation companies. His education in both fine arts and technical design, combined with a passion for marketing and social media, made him a pretty good fit for his current role.

While he’s most comfortable working away in the cupboard under the stairs, Tom still takes pride in providing excellent customer service and being responsive to the needs of the company and its partners. He cleans up nice.

Tom spreads his love equally between his wife and his Mac. When he’s not making things look good at UnitedCloud you can find him out in the garage building monsters (Halloween is a year-round activity, right?)
