UNITE ON PURPOSE : MOVEMENT COMMUNITIES

What if businesses could come together all around the world, no matter the size, the demographic, or who you were and you could all stand together and unite. Unite on a common goal, a common cause, a common trend or market-need, a common Purpose; under one platform, one umbrella. What might that look like?

From an “I” conversation to a “We” conversation: Businesses or Brands will be leaders of the new era. All the business leaders, the industry leaders, and the society leaders will move into world leaders and spark movements leading us into a new era of trade. Around us, we are surrounded by micro-communities - from parenting groups to sports and recreational teams, friendship networks, and business networks - but we absolutely recognize that Community moves into a space of movement now.

At the Unite on Purpose Summit, we saw big movement brands like Thank You and Plastic Bank share how they’re coming together to unite and impact change together over a common Purpose. “A movement brand occurs and what we’re teaching you from silo to integrated is how to move your business and your brand into this space.” - Linzi Boyd

Do you want to lead a community around your business? Your industry? To be Known For something in your own space and industry? To be Known For something in your own space and in your own right?

Three things to do to make that happen today:

  1. What's your proposition? Is your existing brand fit for Purpose or do you need to create a new business brand around the people you are choosing to lead into the era?
  2. Storyboard - what does this mean for the industry? Step by step, week by week, month by month, how do we do the unlearning for this community to relearn in a new space-time to bring your people, industry, society, world with you? How will you do it?
  3. When you shift somebody’s mindset over, you are able to see the world in a new space like never before. Bring your community so you can campaign together. Lobbying is a concept of the past; campaigning and making movements is the future and will make the change.
