Unit Coolant and Heat Exchanges

Usually indoor EOT Cranes are being installed in very rough conditions, Like Steel Plants,Cement Plants, tropical regions. where atmosphere temperatures are normally high as much as above 40 degree Celsius. When these equipment are being continuously used, it will get fatigue wearout. result, Gear failure, motor burnout,Rope Elongated, Break Disk Failure etc

Apart from load and Atmosphere conditions, When Cranes are frequently used for inching operations, Breaks will fail due to thermal fatigue. So we have a conception why not provide some means of methods to reduce the risks

The gear box has forced oil coolant facility fitted, apart from this facility, a manual cooling fan also fitted, which has been configured with PTC thermistors , if Gearbox,Motor and Breaks exceed 60 Degree Celsius, the manual cooling fan will start automatically and run until the temperature reduced.

The drum bearing unit has load shell in built, if exceed the load it will trigger OVERLOAD RELAY in the main control panel to stop any uplift operation

Atmosphere temperature also would start the manual cooling mechanisms
