Our company is seeking an experienced business manager familiar with veterinary telemedicine and imaging.?If you enjoy creative marketing and developing new business we would like to talk with you.

Mettasound is a privately owned mobile veterinary sonography and telemedicine business in the Austin, Texas market.?Our team works with veterinary practices in the Austin area offering on site sonography by trained professionals.?Our reputation for service, dependability and accuracy is high and has caused dramatic increase in demand.?

We are seeking an experienced business manager who can work both in person and remotely to help us handle growth while maintaining our reputation for stellar client service.?

This position is new and would be shaped and refined by the right applicant. This is an opportunity to create a job you love and work with a company that cares deeply for pets and people.?We love what we do!

Initially you will work closely with the business owner to learn the business and to be introduced to our clients.?Your duties will be as a liaison between the business and our clients.?You will be expected to make periodic visits to practices and visit non-client practices. You must be very comfortable meeting people and able to present a professional appearance and confident when presenting our company information. The ability to make connections with veterinary managers, veterinary specialists and veterinarians is a must!

The ideal candidate will have a history of building and retaining happy teams. HR background a plus as is SPHR certification and/or CVPM status.?A sense of humor and the ability to create a culture where the team is valued and engaged will be a primary part of this position.?Retention and recruitment of sonographers and specialists will also be integral to this position. Sales and telemedicine experience is a big plus.??Scheduling and organization of workflows for maximum efficiency is also part of the job duties.

In time, the business manager will manage expenses, receivables, pricing, telemedicine specialists and will support the sonography team by managing schedules and all human resources needs of the company. ?

Salary range 41k – 50K based on experience, plus benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision and Life insurance along with paid vacation and 401K with company contribution.?
