Unique and Irreplaceable

With the changing world order, AI, gene editing, all the industrial changes, all the economic cycles and all the craziness, it is becoming increasingly evident that what truly holds significance is the way we forge connections, cultivate relationships, and nurture empathy.

The overall system does not necessarily have empathy— be it organizations, cities, streets or a cell phone — none possess this essential quality.

But here's the thing: as individuals, we possess the capacity to be empathetic. We have the ability to see, to hear, and to be there for one another.

Today's busker, surgeon, product manager, mathematician, magician, engineer or investor, is only unique and irreplaceable when they radiate:
