Rather, it's about cultivating the right individuals who are passionately driven to enact change. Too often, organizations fixate on ideation, hosting countless brainstorm sessions in pursuit of the next big thing. Yet, the true essence lies in identifying and nurturing the right talent. When provided with the conducive environment, passionate individuals don't perceive hurdles; they perceive opportunities. Therefore, the key lies in hiring based on passion rather than solely on skills.
