This project involved the detailing of a two-storey building. We began by receiving the initial model and specification from the client, our responsibility was to complete the detailing in accordance with the client's requirements, adhering to various LGS profiles and connections that met mandatory standards.

This 2,970.84 sq. ft. residential project in Israel features a Ground+1 structure with a parapet, crafted using a hybrid construction approach. The design integrates Light Gauge Steel Framing (LGSF) and red iron, paired with advanced Mitek trusses tailored for superior structural integrity and performance. The project encompasses detailed planning and execution, completed within just 3 days utilizing the powerful Vertex software. Fabrication is performed with precision on a Howick machine, ensuring exceptional quality and adherence to design specifications. In our latest light gauge steel frame (LGSF) construction project, we are utilizing advanced technology with two Howick machines: the Frama 3200 and the Frama 5600. These machines enable precision manufacturing and efficient assembly of structural components.
