Union members reject DXC attempts to terminate their Enterprise Agreements

DXC staff have voted to reject terminations of EDS, One HPA, and Elders agreements that ensure them above-award conditions. This was thanks to the efforts of union members who proactively educated and encouraged their colleagues to understand their rights and to vote no to the terminations. The ballot closed on 31 March, and the results were communicated to members on 3 April. ?

Union members are celebrating the win while acknowledging that this is only the first of many victories required to secure conditions at DXC.
