Wow, what a whirlwind the past few weeks have been! Despite my newsletter silence (hey, even writers need a break to create magic!), our community has mysteriously grown by 300 shining new faces. Where do I even start? My journey took a fantastical turn at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's Women's Leadership Symposium in mid-June. Imagine this: my session, "10 Power Moves for Women Leaders," not only packed the room but also spilled over into the grand ballroom! It was a surreal moment, standing where the keynote speakers had stood, feeling like, "Wow, I can REALLY do this!"

And just when I thought it couldn't get any wilder, I was handed a 4-hour workshop slot at the Association for Manufacturing Excellence annual conference in Atlanta, GA in late October! We're gearing up for an electrifying exploration into UNICORN Leader traits and the art of crafting future-proof workplaces. Prepare for a session where the energy crackles and ideas flow like sparks on the 4th of July!

Back in the corporate arena, I've been steering shiploads of executives through the stormy seas of critical conversations and strategic exits from Corporate America via our UNICORN Leader and UNICORN Advisor frameworks.
