You know, another really Unhelpful Myth that we need to call out is ‘It's all about AI’.
?
This period is all about AI.
Our strategy is going to be all about AI.
It's all about AI!
?
Just like it was all about the cloud, social, automation, mobile, the internet of things, agile implementations.
These are all important enablers.
?
AI is a big thing.
Yes, AI is going to be transformative.
?
But, leading from that end, is like holding the wrong end of a tennis racket.
It's just not useful for leaders being a leader of leaders.
It is way more helpful to be explaining to people why this strategy matters, what we're going to be doing and how we're going to be doing it.

4 个月I listened to an AI speaker at Government house with a select few from Her Excellency. After we were asked if we had any thoughts … I said, AI was created nearly 70 years ago. Computers and therefore algorithms and code and the world knowledge bank has improved but AI is binary. The speaker said that’s a very BOLD statement.. I replied exactly .. something AI can’t be. And now the US is saying it’s fizzing .. yes can help in many ways I agree ??
