An unhealthy obsession of Angel Reese, is this White Male Fragility? -

I have decided to write this post because of an alarming trend I am witnessing on ALL social media platforms regarding Angel Reese. We all know social media can be fierce, and people do stupid things at times, but that's usually the case with younger folks whose prefrontal cortex has yet to develop fully.?

But I'm talking about grown white males and this evil undercurrent of hatred against a young woman Black woman who's enjoying every glorious moment of her life. With EVERY post I have seen, there seem to be grown "white" males trolling and taunting her, so much that I have to ask, "What is it that you are afraid of?" I can't even call you men because you're acting like little bullies hiding behind your screens.?

Why would you call someone's daughter some of these most horrific names? And why do you feel that "Angel" doesn't have a right to shine or celebrate her life? So?what if Angel dances, sings lip-sync songs, and goes to the Met Gala to celebrate her 22nd birthday, enjoying?her shining moments???She's not pissy drunk, doing drugs, or sleeping around with Tom, Dick and Harry. But?if she did, that would be her prerogative as well. Once?upon a time, we all were 21.

Sometimes, I feel as if I'm reading a Jackie Robinson novel and watching the sinister hatred play openly right before my eyes. Yet, I am still curious as to how you would feel if a group of Black men did the same thing to your sister, daughter, niece, or Caitlin. I can not begin to comprehend what is happening so horribly in your life that to make your self-esteem increase, you must attack a young woman's appearance and assassinate her character because it's happening so frequently that it seems like a mental disorder.

This hatred exists so openly, and to see that you still hold positions as doctors, lawyers, educators, coaches, etc..?only proves that you STILL have the power to destroy someone's health, livelihood, career, or more, and would do it when given the opportunity. I urge you to please get a mental health check-up or, if you can't afford one, try to find GOD at least so that he can soften your hard hearts. Life is too short, and Karma will come knocking at your door. Sadly, I don't think you are tough enough even to survive her.
