Hi Guys,

I was recently looking through old photos and reminiscing about the past few years. I noticed that my body shape was increasing over the years and I did not feel happy as food was my main source of comfort. I had a reality check 4 years ago when I visited the doctor and he advised me that if I continue with my weight gain, I would become diabetic and also experience other major health issues. It was as this point I decided to take stock and change and deal with whatever was making me so unhappy, that food was the main saviour. The pictures show my weight in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 consecutively.

I now feel happier and healthier than I have ever felt and it was not through some special diet, but simply eating a healthy and balanced diet and just as importantly learning about myself and what really made Reeta happy.
