The Unfolding...

The Unfolding...

Hello Friends!

Today is Thanksgiving Day and it is from a deep place of gratitude that guides my writing here. As always, I remain incredibly thankful to be healthy and here in this physical realm after living through two cancers. It is hard to measure or quantify this feeling, for it grows from both hardship and blessing, and is experienced in both linear and cyclical processes, ebbing and flowing, as do the seasons that guide our life, even as we celebrate this beautiful day of Thanksgiving.

Here's what I've discovered along the way. I've learned to look in new places to be inspired, awed and moved, the simple and quiet places that often require intentional and deliberate looking in order to see them. Of course, there's beauty in the larger moments that take our breath away, and even in the times when our hearts are broken and repair feels far away. I can arrive sooner at the place of trust when it becomes evident things are falling apart. I can better understand the need to embrace change and let go while life rearranges itself according to Divine guidance. The Universe is always conspiring on our own best behalf and before long, life begins to fall together again, albeit not always in the timing or ways I'd prefer. Taking life on 'life's terms' is a continual lesson and the agony of relearning it relentlessly difficult. But all along, worth it!

May you have a blessed Thanksgiving Day today and a meaningful Holiday Season ahead. Take time to notice the simple things and hold onto trust that your life is unfolding according to Divine Plan. There are gifts and opportunities that lay in what may be a difficult assignment of suffering. Yet, don't loose hope that it all holds some purpose and meaning, even though it may be a while before any of it is revealed to you!

May you be Divinely blessed always, but especially on today, Thanksgiving Day!

Sincerely,

Lisa
