Once, I was attending a networking event with no intention to sell. But a casual conversation with a fellow attendee turned into a deeper discussion about their supply chain struggles.


After listening carefully to their pain points, I recommended a solution from my little experience and knowledge that could help them solve their issue.


A few months later, that same person became one of my best clients, and not because of a hard sales pitch, but because I took the time to genuinely connect and understand their needs.


Sales isn’t always about pushing products. It’s about building relationships and offering solutions.
